Back to HomeYes — a £10 deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from your final total. It simply helps us protect your slot and the time we set aside just for you.
Life happens! We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. No-shows may be asked for full payment before the next booking.
Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can get you settled with a drink. If you're running late, send us a quick WhatsApp — appointments over 15 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Absolutely, we love it. Screenshots, Pinterest boards and our own gallery are all perfect. We'll tailor any look to suit your nail shape and length.
Yes. Soak-off is complimentary when you book a new set with us, or £12 as a standalone service. We always remove gently to protect your natural nail.
